Order Collection
Christmas order collection is from the farm on December 23rd 2022 from 9 am until 4 pm. We hope to see you for a mulled wine and mince pie should we be back to normal – if not we’ll contact you with bookable drive through pick up times like last year!!
At other times of year collection times are by arrangement. During the camping holiday season the farm shop is open most Friday afternoons and on Saturdays 8am to 6pm.
Order Deliveries
Deliveries for Christmas will be on 21st December 2022.
Deliveries at other times of year are by arrangement, governed by product availability.
**Delivery cost is £20 to a single address.
If you require orders to more than one address, please make separate orders for each address.
The above cost is for mainland deliveries only and excludes any islands and the Scottish Highlands. If you live in IOW, Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands, please contact us before ordering to see if we can arrange delivery**
Our fresh produce is sent to you by overnight courier APC in an insulated box with ice packs. It is marked as ‘Perishable’ and sent as ‘Fragile’ so they are manually handled, for this we are charged extra. Very occasionally (usually during the week before Christmas) the box is not delivered the next day.
When we send your delivery the courier sends you an email with a tracking / consignment number. Make a note of this.
The parcel is supposed to arrive before 4 pm but in some areas and in the week before Christmas this just doesn’t always happen.
If you are worried about the parcel you should contact APC on 01733 566740 giving your consignment number, they will be able to find out when your parcel will arrive. We will be monitoring the deliveries ourselves but after the parcels are collected by APC we have no further control of the situation. However, please call us if you have any problems on 01780 722009.
